About the Retreat

Varsha Shuddhi is a 5-day Panchakarma-inspired immersion designed to honour the body's most receptive season — a space to purify, release, and recalibrate in a structured, supported way.

Rooted in वर्षा ऋतुचर्या (monsoon seasonal care), this experience invites you to step away from accumulation and into a rhythm that works with the body's natural cycles, not against them.

Through Ayurvedic bodywork, digestive reset protocols, steam and sweat cycles (स्वेदन), herbal support, and structured silence, the immersion creates the conditions for deep physical purification, nervous system restoration, and genuine seasonal realignment — within a contained, disciplined environment on the Goan coastline.
